What do you love most about your job?
I get to do what I am passionate about (learn patterns by unleashing the power of statistics, machine learning and computer science on vast amount of data) and have this work help connect talent with opportunity at scale, making a real difference to the world.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I also have the good fortune of leading and to aspire children/young ones an absolutely gem of a team. It is such a joy to see so many folks grow in their careers and become accomplished leaders and technical stalwarts. I also have the good fortune of interacting with so many different personalities on a regular basis (extroverts, introverts, optimists, pessimists). Knowing them better and hearing their stories have made me realize how unique and talented every individual is, it is truly humbling.
