Really pleased! Dogs love it and never want to come home. I've used them three or four times now and the place is always very clean and organised and Roxy is amazing with my dogs.

Roxy is great! Gave her very little notice when booking my two dogs in! First time I had left my baba and was anxious. She made me feel happy and calm about it as soon as I arrived. Twix stayed a week at burton brook. Got a video half way through the week to show my boys how he was getting on. Twix is a handful (very excitable and tentative with other dogs) and very pleased with how he got on.
He didn't seem overly impressed with being back home after an initial excitement at seeing his daddy. Clearly enjoyed his time there!
Friendly service, accommodating, no issue at all, good communication, would recommend and use again . Thank you for having Twix !

Just collected our dog Zain this evening after a long 4 week stay with Roxanne. It was so heart breaking to leave him. But we knew that he was in good hands.
It was obvious that Roxanne has a love for animals and that she takes huge pride in what she does.
Whilst my family and I were away on our holiday l asked Roxanne to send me pictures and videos of Zain. She did this without any issues and always replied to my questions. She's very professional and easy to get along with. It felt as though as I had known her for years. I was so tired and very jet lagged this morning and couldn't wake up to collect zain. But it was no problem for Roxanne. She kindly said that it was no problem for her and that we could collect him in the evening instead.
I know that Roxannes number will be on my speed dial. I will most definitely use her again and will recommend her to all my friends and family. Thanks again for looking after my baby zain and making it easier for us to enjoy our holiday, knowing that zain was in good hands. Thanks from the Nakum family. Xx
