I have never met such a wonderful lady at the register, came in today during lunch and had the best customer service, she took the time to explain the menu and as a new customer i appreciated being felt welcomed, not only was customer service excellent but the food was amazing arriving to my table before I even had a chance to sit down! I stopped in one evening and ordered $50 worth of take out meats by the pound. Got my food and drove 20 min home. When I opened the boxes at home, it was not what I ordered at all. Called and let them know the mistake and they offered for me to come back and get it right or would give  me $50 worth of food credit for the next time. I took the credit and used it 3 weeks later. First, they remembered the credit which I was impressed and second, I was able to enjoy my original order of meats including their delicious burnt ends. This place is so delicious, my wife and I actually had our wedding here, with the wine and beer bar is was an amazing and very affordable option, we had a great experience! Katie Gruber whose in charge of catering at Burnt Ends BBQ (she’s also in charge at YaYas Euro Bistro as well) who helped us along the way was absolutely amazing!! I’ve got to say, Katie and the amazing staff really made our wedding day special, and stress free! I found this awesome place when I got lost trying to follow my GPS to an Airbnb. We recently (7/28) moved from DC to Denver, so I had no idea where I was. Best error a GPS could’ve ever made! My husband loves bbq, and beef is his fav, so I decided I would take him there for lunch. The place was jamming with the local lunch crowd, service was fast, food was yummy and we found our new favorite bbq joint! Look no further this is the real deal! I've been wanting to trying this place and finally had the chance to. I always order the basics at a BBQ place for the first time to get a base line on what I think of the place. My husband is also from Texas so our expectations are little higher when it comes to burnt ends. Here my husband and I ordered the smoked wings with buffalo sauce... and they did not disappoint.. the were juicy, Smokey, and sauced just right The second item we ordered was Burnt Ends... I was so disappointed especially since I've see all the great reviews, and after all the name of the restaurant is Burt Ends.. our burnt ends we ordered were not juicy, extremely dry,not burnt enough, full of cold fat, and just cold. I'm not sure if we just got a bad batch or if someone in the back was having a bad day this was our first time there ordering take out and no one had mentioned to us the home made sauces were self serve. Extremely disappointed when it came to the burnt ends. They were so dry I wish I had something to dip them in... over all I'd give a 4 to try to get back there and let them redeem themselves More...
