Called in the morning of Valentine’s day asked for a delivery to my fiancé’s work the lady was very friendly and helpful the flowers did not arrive till about 4 o’clock but I did say to go in after one so I understand it might’ve been held up or kept till the end of the day for deliveries I will say she love the flowers and I’m very happy with the service thank you for your quick and professional help with the special day

Ordered online and my girlfriend received pretty much the same colour roses from the pic . Great price and the roses were beautiful . In the pic the ones with the balloons are the one I received & the other pic are the ones online . I will be ordering from here again . Only thing bad I have to say is the delivering time . I am from Alberta and my two Sisters live in Burlington . My one Sister is terminally ill and the other is taking care of her and it happens to be the caregivers birthday. I called this store explained my situation and what i wanted . i gave her 150 dollar budget and a boutique for each.
i then thought about it and phoned back seeing if they needed more money i want a wow factor.

I'm an Arizona desert resident in the US who just returned home from a wonderful visit with friends in Burlington. I phoned Monday a. m. requesting a desert cactus collection be delivered when supply and the weather permitted (they didn't have any that morning understandably). Less than 24 hr later I get texts with pictures from my hosts of this beautiful arrange in attractive vases that go perfectly in their bay window plant collection. I ordered flowers on-line based on a picture of a spring basket arrangement that was beautiful and contained flowers such as roses and tulips. My cousin, whom I sent the flowers to, sent me a picture of the arrangement to say thank you and show that she received them. I was very disappointed to see that there was no basket and none of the flowers that I expected based on the description. I sent an e-mail to indicate I was not pleased with the flowers as they were nothing liked what I had selected. I really did not expect a response. However, within a half hour I got a phone call and the owner apologized profusely and agreed the arrangement was not up to par (it had been done by an assistant while the owner was away). She offered to redo the bouquet and also provided a discount to the original cost. The new bouquet was beautiful and I really appreciated that the owner was so responsive and willing make a customer completely satisfied.. Will use them again. More...

Easy five star rating. They went above and beyond as far as customer service goes, and I was tremendously impressed with the way that they handled my order. There's no doubt in my mind that I will be returning to Burlington Flowers again in the next few months. They put in a lot of work to help assist me with the instructions I had given for a very specific arrangement and didn't charge me extra for it.
