I hadn't been to Burgundy Basin in a few years so I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. It was SO much better than I remember! We had the buffet and everyone at our table went back for seconds. The wait staff was really on top of things too keeping my coffee cup filled and quickly cleaned up any dishes. My husband and I were thrilled with how our wedding went at Burgundy on 10/19/19! Everything we needed was taken care of with organization by their professional staff. The food was great, the decorations were set up perfectly without direction, and the ceremony was beautiful. Even when our shuttle service we hired went AWOL and did not show up to pick up our guests from the hotel, Carl calmed us down and postponed the ceremony enough for all our guests to arrive first. Jessica was also AMAZING. She gave us enough time to ourselves right after the ceremony, brought us drinks and appetizers, and found someone to bustle my dress for me! My wife and I recently held our wedding here and it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They helped make our wedding and reception perfect. The staff working the evening was top notch, especially the coordinator they included. It was a private party. The food and service were all excellent. The party was in a room that was separate from the main party rooms. It would hold about 60 guests, I think.
