Our son had lost his 2 car keys so a bit of a dilemma. Contacted Alistair at Burgh locks. Extremely helpful and the vehicle was up and running the following day with 2 new keys and remote locking working. This is a first class service and they definitely “do what it says on the tin”. Could only access the cabin of my van manually with my key as the central locking was not working so I was locked out the back and side door off my van,I was quoted £97 from ford just to look over the van and £170 from other auto locksmiths as they thought my key need re - programmed I phoned Alistair at burgh locksmiths he looked over the van, reprogrammed a new key to find that wasn't the problem and found out it was a blown fuse in the fuse box, this was all done in 10 minutes of me arriving and free of charge, felt like I saved £170, really friendly guy and would be the first port of call if in need again.

Excellent service, first in having our front door lock replaced (children had lost too many keys) and a batch of spares cut and delivered; THEN returning only a few hours later when I'd managed to shut the door before checking my keys were in my pocket, so all the new keys were inside the house! I can't recommend Burgh Locksmiths enough. I lost my car keys and within 12 hours had a new set (one remote one mechanical) all for less than half the price of going to the dealership. Saved the day, what a service, i called as soon as the shop opened and and the appointment was for the following day 1500. That’s a fast response, however even better when I received a call from Alistair the same day and offered his services in the afternoon. 15 mins after arriving the job was completed. Great experience using Burch Locksmiths. I lost my car key and was dreading the worst, after phoning a few companies who quoted a lot more and gave differing timescale (all inconvenient and some as king as 3 weeks to order a key) i was lucky enough to call Alistair. He was out in no time, saved me a fortune and I could get on with my day. He emailed me out a receipt so I could claim on my insurance. He even took card which was extremely useful. Excellent service with Alistair going above and beyond to help me get a new car key cut. I had an appointment to attend the shop however when getting in my car I discovered I had a flat battery.
