The cake was beautiful! It was one of the things I was looking forward to after our brilliant consultation. It was so moist we were eating it a week after the wedding, the only negative- it came to an end :(

We absolutely loved our wedding cake and so did our guests! It looked beautiful and tasted even better. Ellie was a pleasure to work with and took time to make sure she created exactly what we wanted - she also did an excellent job of creating a top secret (and equally tasty) birthday cake as a surprise for my husband. My wedding, was the first wedding ever I have been to where people ate all the cake!! This was a 4 tier cake with different flavours per tier. I got amazing comments about how delicious the cake was. Our wedding cake made by Ellie was incredible. It looked stunning and there was a lot of anticipation from people to try all layers! Eventually we only used the top layer for the actual day as we cut the cake very late into the evening. The next day however was brunch and we cut the remaining two layers then. I have to say the chocolate and salted caramel was one of the most delicious cakes that I have ever tasted! The Victoria sponge went down very well with the grandparents and the lemon was loved by all on the day. Ellie, you're a star. The service you provided was spot on too, from design to delivery and assembling. It was completely stress free for me-so all I can really say is a great big Thankyou! More...

Ellie made us our dream wedding cake and was also a dream to work with. The cake was absolutely beautiful and even better than expected. Ellie was also really helpful with all our many requests, helping to organise things with the florists, caterers and sorting logistics. Ellie made our wedding cake and it was amazing in every way! We had three tiers. The bottom one was poppy seed, lemon and elderflower the middle tier was white chocolate and raspberry and the top tier was coconut and lime. Every tier tasted beautifully and the cake was made to perfection! All the guests were complimenting it and defiantly had more than one slice each! Thank you so much Ellie!! Xx More...

Wow- the cake Ellie made for our wedding was amazing. It looked stunning; Ellie went out of her way to work with our florist who supplied beautiful flowers and Ellie was more than happy to decorate the cake. It couldn't have looked more beautiful. The real treat was the taste; three layers of the most sensational flavours, incredibly moist and fresh. Our guests loved it and so did we! The lemon flavours were delicate and zingy, and the chocolate and salted caramel just disappeared! It was an absolute joy liaising with Ellie. Hands down the best cake we've EVER eaten! Currently still devouring our cake having cut it yesterday at our wedding but it's far too delicious to let any crumb go uneaten! Ellie made us 3 tiers of chocolate sponge cake with salted caramel centre and vanilla butter cream icing and everyone said how amazing it tasted! Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for our incredible wedding cake!! It was absolutely delicious- the best I’ve ever eaten! ! We had a five tier cake for our wedding with five different flavours. Hats off to Ellie who (I’ve no idea how) kept the cake upright throughout what had to be one of the hottest days of the year.

The cake went down so well I found guests wandering the tables looking for flavours they hadn’t tried yet.

I had the lemon and blueberry which was so delicious and moist. Well, I had three bites before someone mineswept it from under my nose!!

Still amazed we ate the lot! There was so much of it. But that’s just testament to how ruddy delicious it was!!
