DONT HIRE THEM!! Use someone else. You will regret if you hire Bulls removals. They will fail to collect your items in time. I hired them and they agreed to collect at 11 am. However, they collected at 19:00 after called them a thousand times since in the morning. I even missed my bus and forfeited the money. That’s not where the horror stopped. They then failed to deliver my essential items on the agreed date. One of the items they were transporting was my bed. At night, when it was time to sleep, I had to make a plan. I didn’t even have my fridge. They gave me a delivery date that was none negotiable and I explained that I’ll be at work so they should deliver after hours. They disregarded that and came whiles I was at work. They then left with my things whiles I was trying to request indulgence at work. They took my things to a storage and I was charged for trip and for storage fees. Then will tell you to pay another crazy's amount if you want them to transport your things from storage house to the delivery address. DONT HIRE THIS MADNESS OF A COMPANY. The horror doesn’t stop there. I hired another company to collect my things. Before taking my things, they noticed that these mf bulls company damaged my things. Bulls Transport moved my house contents from Durban to Cape Town in January 2023. My final invoice did not reflect an interim payment made of R3 000 and included charges for services not rendered including packing, couch sleeves. An amount of approximately R3 800 is now owing to me and I have been trying unsuccessfully for the last two months to get my money back. Paul consistently ignores emails and telephone calls. I was very disappointed by bulls transport who was recommended to me.... they have no customer service, my furniture came late, they don't answer their phones. ... they quick to take your money then they are unable to communicate properly... bulls was a total disappointment and waste of money... they gave me a quote then charged an extra R1200 when they arrived... they demanded the money and told me that if I didn't pay the extra R1200 immediately they would take my furniture back and rebill me and add the extra R1200... they have absolutely no customer service.... they are a total waste of time... I have worked with many courier companies and bulls transport is definitely the worst company you can work with.... Thus company is the worst ever dont waste your time and money on them. We had a pick up at 6am on the 24th of March when my husband called the driver said he's still I. GEORGE that was after te office confirmed that the pickup was confirmed. So then after hours ack and forth they said they will collect on the 25th of Marc at 6 am once again no show only to get another company to pick up our stuff and said they wl. Collect it at 12 NotinG happened till 4pm. All of Saturday and Sunday.they could or gave is an accurate time so we paid for bnb 2nigts cause of their incompetence. Te truck only Sunday night at 11 ten they were tired and only off loaded Monday morning and all our food in our freezer went of. I saw a good rating on Google and a cheaper quotation and assumed they could be trusted. Maybe in the past, but currently I would reccomend keeping far away. As of now, extremely unprofessional regarding timings. Unable to fulfill basic time schedules, had to stay in a hotel for a week. They're good at making promises but cannot keep them. They say the work 24/7 and can drop off my furniture on new years day. 1 week later and still no furniture and poor contact from consultants, once they collect and you make payment you will not hear much from them other than "expect furniture tomorrow".
