My consultation and taster session with Mike exceeded my expectations! Nothing bad to say. I would definitely recommend training with Mike if (like me) you want to learn how to exercise. It's been a real eye-opener the past 5 months with Mike and after years working out, I was able to break through an endless plateau almost immediately in my training.

He's also extremely knowledgable in nutrition that has been very helpful in my recent progress of weight loss.

Can't recommend him highly enough!

I've been training with Mike for almost 2 years and am very happy with the service I've received. I've learnt so much in our sessions and have gotten soooo much stronger and leaner.

Mike is a trainer that is extremely polite, has a big package of knowledge and a good sense of humor. I understood mine and my girlfriend's goals really well and advised on what we have to do in order to achieve them.

Having personally lost over 100lbs of body fat, I understand the physical and mental challenges of
weight loss better than most (for before and after photos, please ask). I am also one of the few
trainers in the UK who is a certified StrongFirst instructor, considered to be the gold standard in
strength and conditioning kettlebell education worldwide. Through a combination of bodyweight,
free weights and kettlebell exercises, structured cardiovascular training and detailed nutrition
advice, I get my clients reaching their goals and beyond.

I am able to challenge my clients without leaving them a sweaty, hyperventilating mess at the end of their sessions.

More importantly, unlike much of the fitness industry, I’m not trying to reinvent the wheel. Forget about whatever the latest fitness trend is (there’s a new one every 18 months). Instead I teach my clients how to perform the important exercises safely and effectively. Period.

Yes absolutely.
I offer online PT sessions over Zoom/ Facetime/ Skype.
I charge £5 less per session for these so 10 online sessions is £350 total.

We can make use of any fitness equipement you may have but frankly, all you really need is a strong internet connection... and a floor!

Due to demand, I train many clients online over Zoom.
For those I see in person, any equipment we use gets cleaned and disinfected before and after each session.
I take 2 x covid tests a week just to be on the safe side.
