Great place for your child to develope potentially life saving skills. In a short time our children have learned self defense techniques and real life safety. In addition, the rock climbing skills provided by Bujinkan Dojo trained our 7 year old daughter techniques that she applied when climbing a moderately difficult rock wall, Im estimating to be 60 to 70 feet tall, and she succeeded to the top! First off, I have much experience with martial arts of various styles, the longest time with Tae Kwon Do which I have a long-standing black belt in. So I know my martial arts. This dojo is based on the different Schools of ninjutsu and focuses largely on self-awareness and effective self-defense. So basically if it doesn’t work, then it isn’t taught at this dojo. There is a difference between the adult classes and the children’s classes as with most martial arts schools, but this is more due to the fact that this school specializes in redirection of children with behavioral issues as well as guidance of children with ADHD. The instructors do their best to make sure the dojo is a safe learning environment but don’t except them to coddle your child: they teach real world techniques and self-defense. The main instructor was a DEA officer and knows what he is doing. In fact, he has a sister school for training gun handling and weaponry. The tests for ranking are run once per month to allow everyone a chance and there is constant teaching during the tests. Men wear black uniforms and women wear purple for the most part, but this is not an absolute: I wear black because I want to. A wide variety of weapons are taught as the student progresses and there are always learning activities. It is not a style for weight loss though... this is a style for effective self-self defense. The ages of students range from very young to very old. Health conditions are taken into account as well. You may not always hear what you want to hear, but it always applies to the battle of life we all live in. Whether you are looking to be trained as the next "James Bond"(which he has trained), an authentic Bujinkan student, or training in modern combat firearms. Shihan Prather can train you as a master teacher, with wisdom and light. This art is Not for everyone, but does apply well to Men and Women, Families, and Children. Started a few months ago. Went in with the hopes of providing some extra guidance and sence of respect for my son. As a family we are starting to get along better. My daurghter has also expressed interest and joined the dojo. Shihan Prather is stern but somehow also very caring. We have also been to class with sensei Michel and Austin. We have enjoyed their teachings as well. It’s just a neat place to be. We are very happy so far!!! I will add more later as we become more apart of the dojo family. More...

Budo Taijitsu is a great martial art and I have learned so much with my training there during the last decade. I have not only learned self defense but good principles that can be applied to life outside of the dojo. Excellent dojo and sensei, trusted by everyone from Hatsumi-sensei, American military, police, churches and schools. Internet trolls posting phony, decades old, documents that are leaked as court documents but are actually opinions to discredit him from the Holder regime have long been have been disproven by independent investigators such as Arizona Undercover.

it has been almost 20 years since I trained there but I can tell after studying under some fraudulent instructor, Shihan Prather is the real deal his teaching the atmosphere is not like most other schools it is an actual family environment and the techniques are all real life type training which has helped me out if some still ky situation and not just through self defense but also being aware I have to say it honestly one of the high points in my life I will remember, and I try to encourage everyone I know to try it,!

I am a long time martial arts practitioner and these guys are the real deal. Its all about real world survival. No flowery moves. .. I trained with the master of the school and some of the other instructors. They all bring something different but they are all great instructors. The price is awesome, you could train 4 days a week, 2 hours a night for $75. Great! More...
