As a new mom, I was struggling with getting back into shape and improving my relationship with food. Lindsay came to the rescue, and in just 5 weeks, I have dropped 8. 6 lbs and 2.75 inches off my waist! I have been working one-on-one with Lindsay since the start of summer. I've always been into fitness and health, but I lost my motivation after a while of not being in the gym. I didn't know where to start, and got a recommendation from another one of Lindsay's clients to contact her. I'm so glad I did! I have so many unique workouts created just for me, and she gives me all the support and motivation I need to continue on my fitness journey! Lindsay is "The Best" !!! I started working with Lindsay in October 2016 and she has helped me do wonders. Fit, Tone, Muscle Definition, Healthy Eating, Weight Loss, Loss in inches, Lookin good! !! Feeling more Positive. Moving more. In all my years of joining gyms, yo yo dieting, weight loss and weight gain, I have never had the success that I have had with Lindsay. Once you start, there is no stopping. Commitment, Caring, Support, Motivation, Great Work Ethic, Stanama, Fantastic Coaching and Life Style Changing Support, Strength, Love of Life, Flexability. Lindsay is the best! Not only is she extremely passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated to her work, but she is just a great person to train with! Most importantly, I love the strength and toning results I've achieved through training with her. I have tried many personal fitness programs in the past, but I was never able to stick with them long enough to see the results I wanted. I've been working with Lindsay for about 5 months and still look forward to each session! I was lucky to come across Lindsay and Build a Fit Physique through a Facebook ad. I’m so glad I did. I’ve been working out with Lindsay since January and she has taken my fitness to a whole other level and I’m eating so much better and seeing changes in my body that I’ve never seen before. I’ve been athletic most of my life and trained extremely hard, but I’ve never seen the body changes before that I have since working out with Lindsay. I have muscles in certain places that I’ve always wanted to have but I never thought I could get them. Spending years in the gym working out I never had the variety of work outs that Lindsay spends time preparing just for me. She takes into consideration my goals and body and finds just the right challenges to keep me moving towards that goal. Lindsay’s positive energy and feedback makes working out so much better. I look forward to the 1 hour twice a week that I spend working out with her. I can be having the worst day, and there have been many this year, but when I work out with Lindsay it all changes. She makes you feel good about your achievements, but makes sure that you’re working hard to take yourself to another level. From January to May, I’ve lost over 11lbs and 7.5 inches. It’s those inches that really make a difference in the way that you feel and look. One of the best things about working out with Lindsay is that she really takes into consideration the various muscle and joint issues I have and tailors my workouts accordingly. I received a 3 months Personal Training package with Lindsay at Build a Fit Physique; as an Early Christmas present.My goals were to lose weight, get toned and learn proper form in the gym. I was always intimated by the gym but Lindsay has made me feel more comfortable and more knowledgable when working out.Lindsay always has a positive attitude and helps keep you motivated. She is always creating new routines for me to help keep things fun and challenging. Lindsay has lots of knowledge on fitness and nutrition. She helps me create weekly realistic goals to help me stay on track.She creates workout routines based on my fitness goals and is flexible to work around my scheduled. Her nutrition knowledge has provided me with helpful tips to use to eat healthier.In 3 months I have lost 3 inches around my waist-line and can now bench press 30lbs.She has taught me proper form and shows me how to use my condo gym equipment properly. I am now more aware of Food Labels and being able to distinguish which products have more nutritional benefits.I used to be intimated by the gym now I can go to the gym feeling confident. Lindsay has exceeded my expectations and motivated me to stick with my gym routine for the longest duration in my entire life! She's very skilled and knowledgeable in both fitness and nutrition; down to earth and really fun to be around! She has a passion for health unlike any other fitness professional I have ever met.What I like best about Lindsay's training style is her ability to recognize your strengths and motivate you through her encouragement of building upon those strengths. As an example, I never thought I was planking properly until Lindsay gave me kudos for my form. Lindsay has exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Not only is she incredibly skilled and knowledgeable in both fitness and nutrition, she is also very down to earth and fun. Lindsay knows whats she's doing, and she does it well - with grace, enthusiasm, motivation and a smile. She IS tough on you, and constantly makes you sweat (and swear) but its worth it. She is very intuitive - just the right amount of push and pull to get you in the shape you want! She is also excellent at being able to switch things up and adapt workout when any injuries pop up. As a registered nurse working full time, I was always exhausted and never motivated to do anything on my days off. After working out with Lindsay for the last few months, I have had a great improvement in my energy levels and am finally able to be productive during my free time. Another great workout with Lindsay and a miracle was witnessed....she made me sweat!!! This is a phenomenon only seen by those with me in a hot yoga studio, but never in the gym. Lindsay just has a way of motivating you to push yourself to the next level. She is energetic and fun in her approach to training which keeps me wanting to push myself harder when I am with her.
