17 Feb 2016As a 46 year old couch potato to walk into Hale youth centre to meet and speak to sensei Dave Williams took all the courage I could find. I'm so glad I did, I've not looked back. I have been going now for several weeks and everybody is friendly and I feel like part of the furniture , in such a small space of time. Dave is a very good teacher. He explains and demonstrates in great detail which has helped me progress. I am hoping to go for my first belt very soon. I am not only getting fitter but have a new set of friends and learning a new art. I highly recommend coming along and giving it a go. If I can do it so can you! More...
