This place is amazing! It’s completely transformed my fitness and my health. I recommend this gym to anyone who’s looking to get fit or lose weight while having fun and gaining confidence. The trainers are so knowledgeable and welcoming, every time I go into the gym I feel so welcome. Being a member of this gym is like having many personal trainers at your disposal every time you go in. They provide everything from guidance on technique, to advice on weight loss to nutritional plans. I started on the six week Boot Camp, got completely hooked and now I am a member doing both jungle gym (Circuit training that changes every day and works out your entire body), and Muay Thai. What I love the most about this gym is that when I come in, theres a carefully thought out workout ready to go, they do all the thinking for you, you just show up and get fit Even the trainers do the work out alongside you. They are just an awesome bunch of people and I really recommend you come give it a try. More...

I've been coming to budo for about 5 months now, and I've never felt so comfortable being in a room with people. I'm usually adverse to going to gyms since I tend to be very uncomfortable with everyone else that's there, but at budo with their group workouts it makes me feel so comfortable seeing everyone else struggle the same way I am. The teachers are incredibly friendly, but the facility is very nice, and there are times I just want to go there to hang out instead of workout (spoiler, I don't but I want to). I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for martial arts, bag classes, jungle gym work, personal training, gun techniques, and so much more! Also, prices are reasonable. More...

This place is amazing! As a ex trainer I had lost my life balance and my desire to be in shape as I became sluggish and my 6 pack turned into a keg! Then I came across the 6 week challenge! Eric was my first contact and he was very welcoming and encouraging! 6 weeks later I’m down 8.5 lbs my body fat is down 2.5% and my abs and starting to show! The resources and commitments combined with encouragement these trainers provide is second to none! I had a accountability coach, multiple personal trainers for jungle gym (which is amazing), and several Krav instructors who have pushed me! Eric, Steph, Arian, Dave, Jenn, and Leah all of you are amazing! I’ve signed up for a year.... you should to... More...

Q&As

A healthy diet and nutrition is honestly more important than just working out. If you want to feel better thank better and have overall better health the fuel that you put in your body is absolutely Paramount.

Even for our semi private group classes we take the time to get to know everybody, what they need and what their goals are and then we build training from there. For our personal clients the methodology is similar but it is much more personalized where we get to really take time to analyze what the client needs much more in-depth manner

This question really depends. There’s a big difference between the aesthetic body that you think you want and the functionally capable body that you think you want. Regardless of what direction you want to go a lot of it comes down to Hard-work, consistency, time and a good support net work.

I love it when my clients come in and they have all but given up, perhaps people have told them that they’ll never get it back or never be what they were, Only to find out when they start applying themselves and start working that the potential for them to not only be where they were at their best but be better than their former best and keep going keep excelling and keep healing is an amazing experience.

I started this place more than 15 years ago with an open door policy for anybody that wanted to train. It didn’t matter to me if they trained in the same arts that I did just said they were committed to their goals, and their arts

We learn with every client that we have. We still continue to strive and develop our craft and all of the disciplines that are represented here. We take your success very seriously and very personally. We’re not afraid to say that we don’t know something and then seek out those people that do know it so that we can apply that information to make you better.

We can, and we do. However with that said I do honestly believe we’re coming in to train into work yields better results

We actually shut down our commercial facility, I moved everything to my home and took a lot of time to improve our backyard to make it a professional level facility and still keep everyone as safe as possible.
