What do you love most about your job?
Seeing clients incorporate what they've learned in our sessions together to improve their lives and free themselves of mental suffering.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Nobody was really offering the style of therapy I practice. Because of my experience in both Buddhist meditation and clinical psychology I felt there was a unique need out there in the community that I could fill. My new clients have often tell me this is the type of therapy they had been seeking their whole lives.
Why should our clients choose you?
I incorporate meditation and Buddhist wisdom with more traditional Western psychotherapy including the latest versions of cognitive behavioral therapy. If this sounds interesting to you or you've tried other things without success, I would encourage you to give it a try.
