Absolutely love the Bubble Stall. Stayed there ages to try all the toys at Greenman Festival. Staff super-friendly, knowledgeable and gave me great advice. I own a children's party business and bought a pro bubble machine from Bubble Inc. for just under £100 - a sizeable investment! I purchased the products I needed before launching my biz and therefore there was a delay between purchasing the machine and using it for the first time. At my first event I found this professional bubble machine did not work! I contacted the company the following day to explain my problem and was told that they had in fact had other complaints about this model as the factory had not washed off silicone from some of them, therefore preventing them from making bubbles..! A slight concern.. as it is a bubble machine!! I was told to wash it and that should fix the problem, however as I had explained my situation and the reason for the delay in using it, that even though my machine was now out of warranty they would still replace it if the problem was not resolved with washing it. I have now washed it and the problem persists. I have contacted Bubble Inc. and asked to have the machine replaced as I need it for an event this Saturday. The response from the owner is.. It is now out of warranty - we won't replace it. Needless to say I won't be purchasing from this business again. I also wouldn't recommend purchasing the reduce wetting pro bubble liquid from them (they make this themselves) it is also of a poor quality in my opinion and experience. More...

We saw the bubble show at Blackgang Chine last week. My two boys aged 6 & 4 loved it! So enthusiastic and not detered by the strong winds. Giggling was infectious!

I'm a professional bubbleologist and pretty much exclusively use bubble inc's products. They are the best quality in the business plus the customer service is excellent. Having used every bubble gun on the market, bubble inc's are by far the best available. Also I use their super pop concentrated bubble liquid for my performances. I'm a festival trader and have enjoyed being pitched close to Bubble Inc on a couple of occasions. The stall gives such a great vibe to the festivals with all the kids enjoying all the snow, bubbles and smoke that are being blown out all of the time. I've seen lots of kids having great fun with their bubble wands and guns!
