Bubba's is one of the few places to eat in Jackson where the prices are reasonable for what you get. Nothing fancy, but still good tasting food. Tables and booths are set a nice distance apart so one does not feel as if you are sharing your meal and company with some strange group. This is a great joint after a long day of hiking. The meat is piled high and you get a choice of two sides (the French fries are crispy and the zucchini is nicely seasoned). The brisket was a bit too fatty for me; I think I got the end pieces because my friend had much more meat.
