We do most of our photo assets with this company. We met them during a Kickstarter attempt and while the Kickstarter agency was terrible, BTS media made a bad situation workable with their professional attitude and collaboration. We decided to run another photo shoot with them without the 3rd party agency and it was really an awesome experience. Tony and Austin are real professionals and will work towards your vision. However, since they work towards your vision, it means you need to make sure you communicate your needs well. Take the time to plan and write out the details and discuss in advance, and you will be happy with the results. I highly recommend these guys. They are honest, hard working, and just a good group. We do creative in 4 steps.
Strategy --> Content --> Reach --> Course Correct
Strategy is the road map. Without it, neither of us will know what to build and be confident that it will solve a business problem. Strategy helps us avoid making shiny objects that look great but serve no purpose. In strategy we break down your company and formulate a brand, even if you have a brand this process is still necessary for us to truly understand and align with your brand. We then move on to facilitating user profiles, here we breakdown the demographics and use that information to get into the consumers head and define their psychographics, needs and goals. We then use a task prioritization tool in three key areas (Awareness, Revenue, and Efficiency) to help define the steps we need to take in this engagement. Do you need video, graphic design, website, social media marketing? etc.
When it comes to creating the content we like our clients to feel like they're part of the process. We go through stylescapes, wireframes and checkins at every step to make sure we stay aligned and focused on the same goal throughout the project. In todays world, creative is the variable of success, get this right and you're off to the races.
Reach is the active paid digital marketing campaign, in strategy we will decide which tactics are best suited for your industry and brand.
After about 6 months your brand will be bringing in enough real world data for us to dissect. Now that we have real world data on your ideal customers we can tweak the user profiles we made together in the strategy session to fit your ideal client perfectly and tweak creative if needed.

I need a lot of information on your business. Often times what people ask us to do isn't what will actually solve their problem.

I know how insanely hard it is to own a business so what i love most is I get to help fellow business owners grow their business.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Entrepreneurship runs in the family. My father owned his own successful business.
