He is the toughest trainer I've ever had. He had me doing these natural excersises, something out of some kind of insane boot camp. I was doing push-ups, burpees, body squats and I was embarrassed just how simply body movements could be so effective.
He also has this other kind of unconventional workout that literally is the process of swinging a bag around in circles and from side to side, which again is one of the toughest workouts.
