I called Gary at BSR ELECTRONICS when I shattered my iPhone screen . He gave me two price options and arranged for one of his team to collect my phone from home that evening and return when repaired . I was a bit nervous about handing my phone over to a stranger but I was reassured by all the good reviews .Gary asked for no payment un-till my phone was returned and I was happy with the repair .I was kept inform through out and had my phone brought back to me at a time that was convenient . All diagnostics are £10 but if the faults found are repairable and you go ahead with a repair we discount the diagnosis fee from the repair cost.
