Can’t recommend Barry highly enough. For the second time he’s come over and rescued us from severely blocked drains that meant we couldn’t use our kitchen sink! He responds so quickly and both times has managed to fit us in on the day knowing we couldn’t survive without the kitchen sink especially with three young children. Cannot recommend BSN Drainage company enough. We had some drain issues on Barry Neale came out on Tuesday morning. He checked our drain, neighbours and across the street and told us to call Thames Water as it was a streets blockage. Barry was honest and didn't charge us for this. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. It is more than a little unusual in this day to find people willing to go out of their way to help you find a solution to problems even if they cannot be the ones to fix it for you. Yesterday, the team came to fix my blocked toilet and kitchen sink - after working to about 2 hours to uncover the drain cover our gardener had cemented onto our patio (!) they realised it was likely an issue to Thames water and provided me with the correct number to call to get it sorted for free!! They then worked tirelessly on some terrible plumbing around the kitchen sink to get it unblocked. They were professional, courteous and really could not have done more to sort things out.
