Not surprised Tom has such excellent reviews.Tom carried out a number of smaller but varied jobs at my rental property. Tom advised the best way to tackle all the repairs and he carried out all works that same day. The work was carried out to a very high standard and was extremely neat and tidy. I was looking for a handyman to do a few jobs for us, and Tom stood out with his reviews,and jobs he could tackle.Although busy, he came within 2 working days , and discussed the jobs with us, none of which were urgent,but he did sort out an internal door along with cleaning our gutters. Tom has just power washed my drive and patio and I am more than satisfied with the results. It has made such a difference. I had Bryer Property Maintenance carry out a wide range of jobs at my home recently, consisting of boarding out my loft using stilts to maintain the correct depth of insulation, painting, fitting mirrors toilet roll holders etc. I also had my office premises jet washed to remove years of dirt. Bryer Property jet cleaned our block paving which covers the drive and the front and back of the house, a large area. A reservoir was used so we didn’t need to use our water supply. The weeds were removed and after the paving dried , then sanding completed the work.I highly recommend this company as the work was carried out promptly, efficiently and at a good price. More...

What inspired you to start your own business?
After working for a property building firm for many years, mostly carrying out repairs and maintenance on rental properties, I decided I wanted to make use of my skills and knowledge and move forward in my own direction - having opportunities to meet with my own customers, quote for my own work, and see projects through from start to finish. The freedom to work my own hours is great too! It means that if a customer needs to meet with me late on an evening, or at a weekend, I can accomodate their needs!
Why should our clients choose you?
Because we are honest, fair and reliable. We genuinely hate to let anybody down, so we do everything we can to make sure that we deliver on our promises. If there are any delays, or problems arise, we will always keep the client informed and get things back on track as soon as possible. We will NEVER just "disappear"... Our reputation is far too important for that!

Replacement of broken/blown/fogged up/misted up double glazed (glass) units in UPVC windows.
Small to medium patio/path/flagged areas
Complete service including ground preparation works and installation of flags for small to medium paved areas (patios, paths etc)
Drain unblocking
Internal and external drains unblocked and free-flowing again!
Gutter clearing
Gutters and downpipes cleared of debris and obstructions/blockages.
