I attended the exclusive Shipley Shops preview party tonight and Bryce Catering was the caterer. I've attended and held MANY events over the last decade of my company, personally, and I have to say the personality, professionalism and presentation via the staff and cuisine was first class. Bryce's catered my husband's 65th birthday this past weekend. They were amazing from start to finish.  Cathy helped develop a fun menu within my budget and came to the house to oversee setup.  Danielle, the chef, and Terry, the server, we're so very professional and managed every detail throughout the party; I didn't have to worry about a thing.  But most importantly the food was DELICIOUS!!!  There were so many compliments and my 20- something sons and nephew fought over the leftovers!  I could not recommend them more highly. I had my wife's surprise birthday party catered by Bryce's, and they did a wonderful job.  Carolyn, my contact at Bryce's, was extremely helpful and we were able to pull everything together on a rather short timeline (2 weeks).  The food, an array of hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, was delicious and very much enjoyed by all the guests.  Brian, who was responsible for setting up the food at our house, was very conscientious and efficient, calling me on my cell phone before ringing the doorbell to make sure he didn't spoil the surprise.  All in all, I could not have asked for better food or better service. We had Bryce's do a 40th Birthday Party for my wife.  They were fantastic! The food was very good, all of our guests were commenting about things tasting great.  The service was fantastic, they thought of everything.  I tried to be ready for the party, but  forgot lots of little things -they had it all.  I would highly recommend Bryce's for any event, if anyone needs a reference, contact me.
