Rich Brya designed and built a house and studio for me. I'm very happy to have worked with them. Rich was very responsive to my wishes and the house fits us perfectly. Rich is great to work with, transparent about costs, and I love the design. My house is full of light, yet energy efficient. Sun comes in for thermal heating in the winter but not in the summer. My utility bills are lower than in my old house, although the square footage is larger.
The house is solidly built, and after 5 years, I've had no problems. I love the house and feel happy every time I walk in. More...
