Owner, Ron Brown, originally from Philly has the meat sent out from Philly, and has had a local bakery reproduce a bun as authentic as the originals, which makes all the difference in the world. It is difficult to choose a favorite sandwich from the menu, but I have to admit, I am crazy about his Philly Cheese Steak!! This is a food cart with delicious food, made with true sandwich craftsmanship. Not only do the sandwiches look amazing, the taste is mind-boggling. I particularly enjoyed the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. Ron made us the most amazing food at this cart. The authentic and gyro sandwiches were both excellent. I am from the east coast, and it reminds me of home. ..also the bread at this spot is exceptional. This is a great find in the middle of the night when you're looking for some food. The lady was extremely friendly. Kind of a fun little atmosphere with all the drunks walking around.
