I ordered a cake for my sisters birthday and the service and the cake was top notch! Ordering online was so easy, I received an email quickly confirming and specifying the message I wanted. Then I asked if delivery was possible and the staff went above and beyond to get the cake delivered for me. AND the brownie/red velvet cake is so delicious! Unusual cake shop for the UK, which majors on a wide range of brownies, as the name suggests. Always fresh, extremely friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices, and a mixture of the traditional and the imaginative to satisfy every sweet tooth. Recommended.

A little gem with gorgeous sweets and helpful/kind staff! A month or so ago I called almost last minute to request two cupcakes made to order for me and my husband to do a gender reveal for the baby we are expecting. .i mean i just called and all my requests were met, once we were there the staff made sure not to reveal anything which made this a real surprise and very unique! Really cosy and charming cake shop, good to work in, or catch up with a friend, or even just to chill on your own with a warming cuppa. Baby chino is on the menu so ideal for families too. I properly have an addiction to the red velvet brownie with white chocolate, and the ferrero rocher brownie is delicious also. I do yoga at the studio next door, and after a week of being tempted by the smell of baking ventured into Brownie Box. The staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful, there's a really good selection of cakes and brownies (including vegan and paleo), and the cherry and almond brownie is to die for! Amazing! The brownies are absolutely to die for, the original brownie and the blondie are the best in my opinion. The staff are also really warm and friendly. The place does get a bit squashed, and two out of three times I've been there I've been pushed about by families with toddlers and prams so not the best place to go for a relaxing coffee and cake, but the brownies do make up for it.
