I would HIGHLY recommend Ms Brown for any resume help! She completely revamped my resume and  I decided to invest in myself I gifted myself this resume for my birthday. ...BEST BDAY PRESENT EVER! After only having part time jobs while in school, i needed a more stable fulltime as I was graduating school. I got my resume back (very quickly by the way, she is so prompt and on top of it!!!) The entire experience from start to end was flawless. Kesha had a good understanding of what I needed and the end product surpassed my expectations. The price was also very reasonable in terms of what the Market is offering.
Really nothing bad to say about my experience. I'm at a loss for words for the look of my new and improved resume from start to finish. I was referred to Kesha by a friend. I am so glad I moved forward with her services. I would like to add that I have never used a resume writing service before this time. When I Initially reached out to Kesha inquiring about her resume services she explained her process. I then took the opportunity to explain to her what I was dealing with in the work world. She actually stayed on the phone with me for 30 minutes or maybe it was an hour I don’t remember. The point is she did not rush me off the phone; she stayed and listened to me. I did follow-up with an appointment which I could not keep but later phoned her and met with her two weeks afterwards. When we met she reviewed all my documents and asked me questions about my background. The meeting was only supposed to me 30 minutes to 1 hour, Kesha stayed with me for 3 hours while I continued to share with her all what I was going through in the work world, never did she rush me or say your time is up. A few days later, she followed with a very professional resume and cover letter which I am extremely satisfied with. Kesha is a great person to work with, she is extremely patient, she is very professional, she is a good listener, she is friendly, and she accepts if corrections need to be made to your documents. I contacted Kesha in desperate need. I am a registered nurse and haven't had the need to update my resume in years. Besides being clueless as to the right way of completing a resume, I didn't even know where to begin. Kesha took her time with me, understanding what was important and the highlights I wanted to stand out on my resume. She approached me on a professional level but also made me feel as if we were family. I was made to feel as if she was doing this resume for herself. Her attention to detail was amazing. In the beginning, she asked me a few questions and from there she developed a master piece! Once my resume and cover letter was complete (in literally a blink of an eye), she still continued to provide me services. Brown Resumes was the only resume writer I contacted through Craigslist that replied to my message and answered all my questions promptly. After I hired her services I was very pleased with the speed, professionalism and respect she treated me with. We had an interview over the phone, after which I forwarded her my resume and recommendation letters. Based on the material I provided, she followed up with a very detailed questionnaire about each of the positions listed on my resume.
