Chef James and Chef Randy hosted a special day for my husband's 60th Birthday. It was a memorable occasion. My husband said it was the most special he has ever felt.  We are still talking about the food, service, professionalism and how wonderful the day was and did not want it to end. Chef James explained each dish and the presentation was amazing. The song sung by Cookie and Chef James was the perfect added touch. We all agreed we would much rather pay for Chef James' services, instead of a restaurant for our next special event, for that special added personal touch and well worth the price and more. I recently collaborated with Chef James on a private party organized for our friends and neighbors. Chef came highly recommend by a colleague and after watching his you tube video (a must by the way) I was impressed by how passionate he was about catering and the business of feeding others. I reached out immediately and we organized an amazing menu for the pool party scheduled to occur a week later (yes ppl he can pull off a last minute event like nobody's business). I must say that the amount of detail, planning and quality of the food was amazing! Chef even honored us by bringing his spouse and singing an amazing song for us and our guests (how many people do you know can plan, execute and sing?!). Overall everything we had discussed was delivered and with so much love and attention to detail...we still talk about it to this day! If you are planning a special event.. Was at a wedding last night, the food was fantastic! The appetizer consisted of a potato "sundae" I saw people going back for seconds and thirds. I used the handle of my spoon to get down into the stem of the glass! It was THAT good. I had the generous portion of fish. The only down fall was the sauce served on top. It was too spicy for me. James helped me to plan the menu for a seminar I gave.  His suggestions were helpful in keeping me in budget and his BROWNIES! !! Where can I start this review. First let me explain about myself I love going out at five star steakhouse in five star restaurants it was very hard for me to find somebody who can compare to BLT steak Dell Frisco's double Eagle steakhouse just to name a few. I have never met a chef that can compare to the big namebrand five star restaurants. Now I can say I have. Wow this chef can cook. James, Cookie, kelly,My family assembled for my daughters graduation from UCSD from all over the country.We rented a house and i found James from a friend and asked if he would prepare a dinner for twenty, no problem he responded. We hired Brother 2 Brother Catering to provide us with an Easter lunch we hosted for our family and friends. Chef James and Cookie did a marvelous job on the short ribs and smoked brisket. We also enjoyed the side of salmon and loved the garlic mashed potatoes. Chef was very accommodating to serve the Carolina Gold and Red barbecue sauce on the side since we did have to deal with a mustard allergy. They were extremely responsive and timely. Amazing food by my Caterer, aka the singing Chef, James Cameron, at our anniversary party yesterday. By far the two kindest and most genuine people I have met! Chef James and his sous chefs were the perfect way to end a Bachelorette weekend. Starting with the appetizers and ending with a surprise duet, it was definitely a night to always remember. When organizing the event with Chef James, his excitement and passion for cooking helped in creating the perfect menu around the Bride's favorites food. Being in constant communication and throwing ideas around, Chef James wanted to ensure that everything was going to be perfect. I had the pleasure of booking Chef James and his crew from Brother to Brother Catering for my husbands graduation dinner (15-20 ppl).  Chef James was very helpful, polite, and professional in every aspect.  He helped me choose a menu for my dinner party and I was very pleased with the selection.  The quality, appearance, and taste of the food was superb and I received nothing but rave reviews.  The spinach artichoke dip (5-stars), stuffed chicken with brie and craisins (5-stars), beef bourguignon (5-stars), garlic mash potatoes and green beans (5-stars), and apple dumpling (50-stars) lol.  I would highly recommend Brother to Brother Catering for any event.  All members were professional and even straightened up the kitchen before they left!!! I consider myself lucky to hear about Chef James and his crew. A friend from Church mentioned it to me, and when I heard that he also had a "set of pipes", well I couldn't wait to get to know him. We were celebrating our very special 40th Wedding Anniversary/ Husbands 65th  Birthday, and I wanted to surprise my guests with a unique experience. Well he began by helping me choose an affordable menu for 60 people while explaining how each recipe was enhanced. We chose the Braised BBQ Chicken w/ Carolina Gold Sauce and scallions. Along with Au Gratin Potatoes, Asian Slaw w/crispy noodles and homemade biscuits or corn muffins ( with a little kick).  Everything leading up to our Backyard Event was handled very professional. Chef was able to suggest some appetizers , when I needed a vision for that evening. But, Holy Cow!! We did a platinum package with Brother 2 Brother Catering, which consisted of a five-course meal that delivered in every way. We decided to do a special anniversary dinner, starring executive Chef Jim. His wife Cookie also accompanied him and together, the dynamic duo sang two songs that suspended the audience in time and space. It was a wonderfully intimate setting with my husband and my two sisters and their significant others. I was impressed by Brother2Brother from a previous catering event, so I engaged brother2brother for personal chef service at my home. Chef James from Brother2Brother came to my house and took over my kitchen and cooked an exquisite multi-course meal for my 6-month marriage anniversary.

I worked with Executive Chef James to prepare a meal for my wife and her family, and it was amazing! Probably one of the top 5 meals I've had. Chef Jame's coconut shrimp was adored, and his soft shell crab salad and beef bourguignon were both exquisite. I was able to work with Chef James to plan out each course of our meal, taking into account my wife's tastes, as well as her family's tastes. Chef James, the "singing chef" even performed the song from the first date with my wife, making the event extra special. Everything was above and beyond expectations. Chef James (1) showed up on time, (2) was extremely professional, (3) delivered an amazing meal complete with dessert and appetizers, and (4) provided a fun and engaging atmosphere.
