What a joy to leave your beloved pets with true dog lovers! For the first time I can leave my 4 dogs with complete confidence knowing they’ll be treated by Victoria and her team as I would treat them myself.Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Our family have been using Broomhill for 4 years for holiday boarding for Tilly our energetic labradoodle - she has visited at least 10 times in this period, from 4 days to almost three weeks. She bounds up the steps and is always greeted enthusiastically by either Victoria, her family, or her employees. They make a big fuss of her, as they have done with all the dogs and cats I have seen come and go from reception - they are all clearly animal lovers. The booking process is quick and easy online, as is the payment system. The farm track up to the kennels used to be really bumpy for our wee car, but this has improved massively in the past year or so. Dug our anxious dog had another amazing experience at Broomhill. The standard of care is the excellent. With Victoria’s animal experience i had no worries leaving my worried dog , knowing he would be looked after and his care tailored to his shy nature . Having worked there over ten years ago it is so good to see it is still a family run business who go above and beyond. All pets are treated like family . Our family dogs have boarded at Broomhill for many years. Mia for 10 years and Rory for 13 years. They both love Broomhill and we leave them there safe in the knowledge they are well looked after. The kennels are cleaned to a very high standard and in the winter the kennels are kept nice & cosy. The people that work at the kennels genuinely care for the pets. Victoria is very hands on and takes time to know the personality of the dogs. The country location is perfect for their walks. I fully trust Victoria with our family pets. Highly recommended for your pooches and moggies!!
My 2 Jack Russels have been going to Victoria and her staff for several years now and love the kennels.
Excellent care, lots of love good food and it is an enormous comfort to me to know that my beloved dogs are in good hands.
I have every confidence in these staff as my dogs would not show the excitement that they do when we turn into the drive for holidays.

My dogs are always happy to arrive at Broomhill, they give Victoria an enthusiastic welcome. Broomhill Kennels have been looking after our assorted cats and dogs for more than 20 years and we've always known our pets were in capable hands. Few animals enjoy going to kennels but Victoria and her staff have always been so welcoming that I'm sure they quickly settle in. They are great and we have no worry about leaving our 4 precious dogs with Victoria and her staff. I have been using Broomhill Kennels and Cattery since 2008 and am very happy with them. Victoria and her young team clearly love animals and take great care of them. Our dog Max ( who has since sadly passed away) used to love going to Broomhill and got very excited as we drove over the potholes on the road up! Our cat, Monty, stays regularly there and appears happy and content and enjoys climbing up his pen and all the attention. 4 years ago we decided we would home a wee 9 month old rescue dog, a Westie by the name of Hamish, with significant behavioural problems. We sought the help of an excellent dog behaviourist but we needed to find a boarding kennels who would accept Hamish and in which he would be happy when we were on holiday. After visiting several kennels in the area, we found Broomhill Kennels - Victoria and her staff were excellent with wee Hamish. He has boarded several times a year for varying lengths of stay, together with our Labradoddle, Mishah. They both get extremely excited every time the car turns down the lane to the Broomhills and are desperate to go in through the reception area each time, with not even a glance back to the owners! Broomhill Kennels has given us peace of mind about boarding Hamish and I can highly recommend Victoria and her friendly and helpful staff - Victoria is clearly a 'natural' with dogs, with many years of experience - the reaction of our dogs says it all.
