Tom was quick to respond to my enquiry message, was courteous on the phone and turned up the following day on time, to offer advice on installing air conditioning in our home. He is extremely experienced and knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with the system he recommended. He also gave me the lowest quote I'd had so far for a top of the range Mitsubishi system. We arranged an installation date and he, and his very capable colleague Steve, turned up on time ready to go. They completed a massive amount of work to get the system fitted and running in just two days.
