UGH!!!! Ever time we head to eat at the Monument location they are closed!  They close at 7 pm and it seems we are heading out to eat at 7. As for the food, it's a good BBQ! The brisket and pork are very moist and flavor packed. Turkey is YUMMY. The potato salad has great flavor, lots of potatoes and not floating in mayo. The beans have great flavor, too. Okra is pretty typical. The selection of sauces are best around and the flavors are WONDERFUL!! They cater and are generous with the amounts. Something that doesn't affect the food but the atmosphere and that is the very dirty window. Just makes for a poor first impression. More...

Great BBQ restaurant! We've been here a few times and the staff is always very friendly, quick, and the food's great! Docked a star because it's a bit pricey compared to other places, like Dickey's, for the same food.

One word. Delicious! I had brisket and it was really good. They have several sauces, including red sauces and a mustard sauce. I liked them all. What a pleasure to discover a bbq place on the north side of the Springs. Before this we had to drive down to Rudy's for bbq. Now north side or south side does not matter because we have found a great place on each side of town.Today at Broken Bones we had the brisket sandwich. The smoked brisket was tender and juicy.
