What do you love most about your job?
I have always loved what I do and I am passionate about helping businesses and individuals be the best they can be. I love working closely with business leaders and managers to help them shape their strategies and ensure that their people plans are aligned to their business goals. I love being able to add value and make a difference to a businesses performance and to teams or individual people in a business.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being self employed and working across a portfolio of companies enables me to experience new businesses, cultures and challenges and enables me to add value to more organisations.

I am a pragmatic and commercial HR professional with extensive HR experience ranging from small organisations to multi-national businesses. I am flexible in my approach and build relationships quickly. This enables me to quickly understand a business, its people and its challenges and therefore develop and deliver effective people plans.
