If you're looking for someone who can keep your guests on the dance floor all night having SO much fun, look no further! It's been a week after our wedding and our friends and family are STILL talking about how awesome our DJ was! We had just under 200 guests and there were several times nearly every guest was on the dance floor. We hired Brock Entertainment specifically because of the great reviews. We don't have our big day until next Sept. But they have been nothing but clear, professional and extremely helpful. They have also worked with the chapel we intend on getting married in. So that was a relief. My fiance and I really wanted everything as personal to us as possible and they're making that effortless. We were really nervous about how the set up and event was going to go with Brock Entertainment. My (now husband) and I are both people who like to meet and know who we’re working with and what we’re dealing with. Even though we never met Spencer, who was our DJ for the reception, he came out guns blazing! Pleasant, polite, but ready to have a good time and worked so well with our other vendors! First of all... talking with them about what we would like for our special day was great! I was a bit worried about the stories I had heard from friends (not about Brock Entertainment) that their DJs didn’t play the music they had wanted. .. but all my fears were out the window with this DJ! 10/10 would hire Brock Entertainment again. Brock Entertainment has DJed three weddings in our family, but ours was the first where we had Brock himself. He showed up on time, looking sharp, with lights, microphones and absolutely every single song we were hoping to hear. For our wedding, we wanted to go for a family friendly vibe with older tunes and he listened and delivered. We asked him not to play the cha cha slide and he didn’t, but he stayed with the crowd and kept everyone on the dance floor with line dances we had never tried before —he got out there and taught everyone how to do it! Brock Entertainment was the perfect fit for our wedding!

We hired them for our ceremony and reception at Kindred Barn in Mulberry. Throughout the entire process they were easy to get in contact with and their online form for the event was incredibly thorough.

Our actual wedding day was amazing. Ask for Jason! He was the perfect DJ. He was punctual, and introduced himself to us immediately. He did a fantastic job at the ceremony and an even better job at the reception! My husband and I absolutely love to dance so the party was a big part for us. Jason engaged the crowd, had excellent music choices based on our preferences, and created an awesome atmosphere! We really loved how he would come into the crowd and pump everyone up. Also, in addition to being a great DJ, Jason was also very helpful in the flow of the night and he really kept things on schedule.

As a full time event planner, I always look forward to an extra fun evening if Brock Entertainment is DJ'ing. (of course,we hired him for our own daughter's wedding last year! ) At this weekend's wedding, we had extenuating circumstances, when the groom became seriously ill right at ceremony time. As things unfolded, we were left with well over an hour to stall, with a room full of 150 already seated wedding guests. Ultimately, the groom was transported to the hospital, and it was decided to reschedule the ceremony for the next day. Through it all, Brock and that larger-than-life smilin' personality of his, and acumen for the just right music mix, kept things rolling, and the atmosphere remained upbeat in the ceremony side of the Ravington, which meant the guests stayed happy and calm. When the ceremony was rescheduled for the next day (and a Sunday at that!) , Brock didn't hesitate to come back to throw a great dance party--which naturally he did! The couple's day was saved, and as the wedding planner, I couldn't be more grateful to Brock Entertainment for being instrumental in that! These guys are FUN! Our DJ was absolutely amazing and went way above what I was expecting. There were actually 2 DJs there, and one of them totally worked the crowd and got people dancing! They went above and beyond by taking Snapchats, which has been so fun to watch!! They responded to my emails very quickly and their online wedding tools were so easy. They had prepopulated lists, but you could also select just about any song under the sun!! It was right there to select and automatically add to your "must play" or "don't play" list.

Do yourself a favor and book a professional DJ. They definitely know what they are doing and it shows. They set the tone of your event, and even if you have paid for a coordinator, they are the ones announcing everything and making your plan come to life. Worth every penny! More...
