Used them for their glass plaque engraving service, which we needed last minute. And they pulled through fantastically. Plaque price was slightly more dearer than others online, but considering the turnaround time (1½ hours from sending over the artwork to finished product), I can not fault the service. Ashley (the guy who deals with the engraving) was easy to deal with, very professional and made life easy in terms of payment and deposit. Would definitely use again for the level of service, and turnaround time.Dunnes have been around since ages, and it's nice to see they've added extra facilities to their show repair shop. Needed a key cut - nipped in after noticing them walking by. Was greeted by charming London man, who was able to help with the key within a mere few minutes. The guys in here were terrific and absolute gentlemen. Our extendable washing line fell out the brickwork and we needed the steel bracket drilled so we could put it back up with bigger bolts. They said to come back with the correct drill bit and they would do it on their machine. I offered to pay twice and they wouldn't accept it. I brought my late fathers watch in as it was temperamental even though it had a new battery, the kind man behind the counter took the watch apart and told me it has water inside. He said to leave it with him overnight to dry out and collect it the next day.When I collected it the next day he had sorted out the watch and wouldn't charge me anything.Now if that is not good customer service, then I don't know what is..Such lovely and friendly staff.
