Both myself and my wife use various people at this clinic depending on what we want to address. I have just been to see Emma for a few sessions on the Bowen technique. This addresses the tissues just under the skin and so feels quite gentle when compared to deep tissue treatment. It seems really surprising that a gentle touch can encourage misbehaving tissues to get back into line. I like to try various massage techniques to discover which ones have the best impact. Myself and my family have always been really pleased with our treatment at the practice including my children and wouldn’t trust anyone more with their wellbeing, Helen has really worked her magic with my daughter and i have been really pleased with my treatment with Susan, Matt, Chris, Helen, Beverley and Sue the Chiropodist, would definitely recommend :-)

Have used Bop now for many years and have had treatments from several practitioners. Rita the receptionist is also one of the loveliest ladies whom I have chatted with many times over the years. I was treated by David Feakes, Homeopath for an eye problem that I had had for around about a year. Despite going to the Doctors on numerous occasions and to the Hospital my problem was never identified. After talking to me and listening to me explaining my symptoms he was immediately able to identify my problem and then prescribe a remedy for it. The remedy worked and I have had no further issues with my eye since. I would like to express my sincere and utmost thanks to Beverley in respect of the Hypnotherapy treatment received recently. This was and is the most effective tool in dealing with issues which are often impossible and painful to deal with individually this most valuable tool helped by a most proficient practitioner such as Beverley. My experience was incredible. This was not an instant fix but a sure and steady change to stop "rabbit in headlights". behaviour and anxiety especially when dealing with dramatic shock and high emotion. I saw Sue the chiropodist who is so nice and makes you feel welcome, she recommended a regime for my feet daily and I can not believe the difference, Sue is the first chiropodist that has managed to do this and treat the problem successfully. Would highly recommend

I’ve had many injuries over the years and nothing has been better at fixing my back than osteopathy. I convinced my dad to visit recently as he had been injured by a very large (and lovely! ) low flying dog! He’d been rather dismissed by his GP and A&E with just hefty painkillers and a bleak outlook regarding the very lengthy time it would take to heal. A couple of treatments by Matt and he’s well on his way to a full recovery and a complete convert to the benefits of osteopathy. I highly recommend this particular practice for their friendly welcome and their brilliant clinical abilities. I have visited the practice due to some bad back pain. I was treated by Osteopath Matthew Schofield. Overall my experience is really positive. It was easy to schedule the appointment. I have sampled several of the treatments offered by BOP and everything has worked for me. When I have had back trouble that has been put right. I have a regular massage which keeps me from getting too tense. I have tried reflexology which I found to be very relaxing and the hypnotherapy was beneficial and did what it was supposed to do. I have long standing back pain and had tried many other local clinics in the past before I discovered BOP. Although sceptical at first, through a combination of Osteopathy and Acupuncture I am now coping much better with my back pain (which is nowhere near as excruciating as it used to be thanks to the experts at BOP). I've found all staff to be extremely courteous and knowledgeable and they always put you at ease. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others and in fact I have done already. I have visited Broadwater Osteopathic Practice a number of times over the last few years whenever any back pain or problems (like knee pain - osteopaths don't just treat backs! ) flare up. My pain is always resolved and I have always been confident with whichever therapist has treated me. I have mainly been treated by Susan Bunce and I really like Sue's style of osteopathy as I have never liked the thought of the more "cracking" or "crunching" style of osteopathy! Sue uses much more gentle manipulation and massage techniques to resolve the pain, along with a reassuring manner and good advice to keep the pain at bay. I would highly recommend BOP, so much so that as HR Manager of a large local employer I have had a number of the BOP therapists on site to treat our employees for wellbeing events - providing treatments such as reflexology, foot treatments and head, neck and shoulder massages. I've received some great feedback from our employees on the treatments given, which are a great boost to our employees morale - which has I am sure increased productivity and general employee satisfaction.
