What do you love most about your job?

Taking an organisation/project team on the journey from project inception to completion is what we love about this type of work. The opportunity to bring change and benefits as part of implementing new systems or processes can often be challenging but we have worked with fantastic teams and achieved great things.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Being able to do quality job is important to us and this can sometimes be lost in big companies and being able to control and input to all stages of a job is important to us.

Project Management

Using PRINCE2 we approach project management in a structured, controlled way. Our focus is always on delivery to a clearly defined brief. We have a number of tried and tested formats for producing good quality key products such as the Project Initiation Document. We can work with you to agree the level of involvement you need from full project management service to a guidance and quality assurance service.

Business Case Development

We have lots of experience of developing business cases using the HM Treasury 'Five Case Model' for public sector organisations. The basic principles of business case development apply to any company looking to develop a new service or implement a new system - defining the strategic need through to costing the options and recommending the preferred options. We can work with you to write the business case or provide you with a template, guidance and quality assurance. We are happy to discuss your needs.
