From the moment I contacted Britton Time online, I was extremely impressed with their efficient, timely and professional manner. Within the day I had completed the initial assessment and had an appointment the following week with their head of Private Client, Elisabeth Squires. The Hove office has a welcoming calm and relaxed atmosphere and the client boardrooms are kept to a high standard. Elizabeth took me through step by step, explaining everything in a clear manner, there was plenty of time for discussion and questions. I payed such a meagre fee, expecting an 'in and out' matter. No no no! Such a fab welcoming, great art, splendid communication, and that is only from the staff. Paul Britton was so very fabulous. Totally generous with his time, completely witty, yet oh yet: sharp and accurate as your best Yanagiba knife! I went in, full of worries, came out full of strength!
