I ordered a birthday flower arrangement for my caregiver on September 5, 2017. Britney was very courteous and professional. I was a little apprehensive because I never visited the business located in Chalmette, La. I request that the arrangement delivery by 12 noon. Not only was the flower arrangement delivered at the requested time, but the quality of the work was amazing. My caregiver was very surprised and happy with her flowers! Such a beautiful arrangement! I called at the last minute to order flowers to be delivered to my parents. I was pleasantly surprised to have my mother call within a couple of hours ecstatic at how beautiful her arrangement was!!!!

I live in Ohio and was unable to make it to Louisiana this weekend to attend services for my best friend's mother. I called Brittney Ray's only a half hour before closing time. They were busy but promised to call back to help me with an arrangement. She called me back even though it was after hours. She took the time to help me understand what flowers were in season in LA at this time of year. Brittney Ray's made a custom basket and, despite my calling late, they were able to put it together and get it ordered early the following morning. The woman I spoke with was so sweet and helpful and thoughtful. I felt confident that she conveyed my vision with the basket she made. Went in on a busy Friday just before prom. Asked if they could do a small corsage for my fience's little girl who was having a father daughter dance that evening. The owner dropped what she was doing and made me a very sweet little corsage complete with little gems on the stem and a beautiful ribbon to wear on her wrist. The price was the same as if I had ordered it in advance. You cannot put a price on service like that. It is very rare to find even if you could. She obviously cares very much for her customers and her reputation and I would recommend her to Anyone for any occasion or event. More...
