I have been seeing Brittany for several months. And as someone who has seen many therapists throughout my life, I can easily say she has been the best I've ever worked with in helping me. I have taken medication for years for severe anxiety and depression, and she has given me tools to fight back against my negative thoughts to where I actually experience joy again. I feel like she really understands me and let's me vent, but also knows when to push me to talk about things that I've swept under the rug for years. She's very welcoming, easy to talk to, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for help with their emotions or relationships. More...

It’s an honor to help people examine how they react to their own feelings and relationships and offer support that enables them to break free of repetitive patterns like self-doubt, self-sabotage, and sadness.

When a wise, compassionate therapist taught me the skills to change my thought patterns, it completely changed my life. This approach to psychotherapy (it’s called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) inspired me to shift careers and become a counselor myself. It also helped me get back to being the healthy, resilient, enthusiastic woman I’d always known myself to be.

I've been there, and I can help you get back to being "you". I can walk with you as you get to know your own thoughts and emotions and understand where they are coming from so that you can move forward with self awareness and confidence.
