The removal team - Chris, Craig and Matt - moved us from Leicester to Newcastle last week. They were amazing! Hardworking and very careful in packing all our stuff. They even removed the top of a heavy desk in order to place it in an upstairs room. They really understood that moving house often presents a lot of anxieties for the client. Our move went very smoothly. Josh and Kyle were very polite friendly guys who worked very hard. It only took them one journey and they were professional and got the job done quickly. Exceptional service from start to finish and consistency in customer care across the board. I have called the office on a few occasions discussing a few different options with Pam and Lynn who were polite, professional, friendly and very helpful. Trevor who came to prepare a quote for me was also professional, attentive and friendly. Moving a house was one of the most stressful experiences for us so far; having said that, I cannot imagine the moving day without the two very friendly, hardworking, attentive, careful superheroes Chris & Jamie It was a pleasure and relief to have these two helping with the move! The pace Chris & Jamie were working at was incredible, there was no messing about, and the house contents was loaded onto the van in no time. They were also aware of two pets locked in one of the bedrooms and were very kindly working around this restriction. The office team were so friendly and accommodating with all my needs, dates, itinerary etc. After the booking acceptance and forms completed and a site visit. It was move out date-just as stated the removal guys came in the time set and within 2 and a bit hours the house was empty and very little disruption through out. Really friendly, kind, polite, and skilled removal guys that worked with care and efficiency. Their treat was a hero's chocolate tin and they earned every chocolate and every tea/coffee without sugar (sorry I packed the sugar in an unnamed box!) They made my day stress less as possible. Moving out day was an easy, efficient process thanks to the experience of the two guys, Callum & Stephen. They were both polite and hard working and completed the expected 1½ day removal to storage in 1 day. Big thanks to Chris, Stephan, Craig, Nick & Travis - bunch of absolutely solid guys who cracked on with our move at breakneck speed. Arrived promptly at 8.30am, cleared a three story town-house, and had everything into out new property fully assembled by 11.30am. Would have been even quicker if I had the keys earlier!
