I chose Britcoaches for my daughter’s wedding on the 16th August 2019. I did not know the area and wanted transport from Meriden to Shustoke church and then onto Shustoke Barns. The sales department were friendly, understood my needs and gave me various options. I chose them because of their professionalism and competitive pricing. I changed the order and they were very accommodating with these changes. They sent me pictures of the coach and on the day this looked better than the pictures. It was absolutely immaculate. On the day they were early and the driver was excellent , accommodating and practical. I CAN NOT RECOMMEND BRITCOACHES MORE HIGHLY. 5 STAR VALUE AND 5 STAR SERVICE. First of all I would like to start of with a positive. The driver Amjid was excellent and friendly and the 22 seater minibus was clean. The minibus arrived early and was already waiting for us on our return journey. The only thing is on the executive minibus the legroom was not the best as most of us could not sit properly even those who were 5ft 6+. It was a struggle. The negative is the horrible customer service I experienced from the people on their phone lines especially the person called Gill. After making my final payment off 330 pounds on time I was waiting for my confirmation email to say that I have paid as it is a lot of money. I rang the office in the morning to say I paid the money and was waiting for the confirmation email. They said they sent it. I kept on checking my emails all day but nothing was sent. I then emailed the following day to say I havnt received it. After 2 mins of sending the email I get a call back from Gill who spoke in a raised tone and was very rude. Guess what he was going to do . He was going to cancel all my booking. I couldnt believe it. I didnt raise my voice or be rude to him like he was to me but he was saying you are giving us a headache and he threatened me by cancelling my booking. In the end he wattsapped app me the confirmation after i pleaded with him to not cancel the booking as I had arranged a adventure daytrip in wales. This was horrendous customer service and I do not expect this from a company who have such high reviews and reccomendations. I hope next time if I book they would have learnt from their mistake and sort out their customer service. I hope this does not happen to other customers as it was a horrible experience. I would still reccomend britcoaches to people but the customer service must improve when it comes to the staff on the telephone. More...

We recently hired a coach to take us to ascot and back again. I cannot say a bad word about the service we received, driver happily made an unplanned stop for us and dropped us right at the entrance instead of the car park where we would have had quite a walk, he was extremely friendly and accommodating. I hired 16 seater minibus from brit coaches the driver Malik was polite and really helpful, he turned up on time and helped us with a disabled passenger and help load all of our luggage for us, It was a real luxury minibus with Aircon a Pleasant safe journey to Weymouth there and back will definitely be using this service again.
