As somebody who's seen lots of different phyios and chiropractors over the years, I know the difference between good ones and bad ones. Monica at Bristol Chiropractic is excellent. As a Mum of 3 young children who suffers from fibromyalgia and struggles to find time to do much-needed pilates, I always have some ailment or another that needs attention. Monica always seems to know what will give me the best results and her treatments always leave me feeling better. She has treated me throughout pregnancy, post partum and whilst breastfeeding with fantastic results. Monika is a fantastic chiropractor who got to the root of my shoulder and lower back problems straight away. She was able to treat me straight away with a variety of techniques and I immediately felt relief. She explained that I would need to do rehab and prescribed me some great exercises along with a couple more treatments. I've dealt with hip pain for years after visiting various doctors without any improvement in treatment with no understanding of why I was in so much discomfort. I was ready to just live with it until someone suggested I saw a chiropractor. I described my discomfort to Monika and she knew exactly how to help - actually understanding why it was continued discomfort made such a difference and she explained that to get a permanent solution would require a few treatments and explained the importance of doing the exercises I was given at home (something I had never done before as it was never explained to me). A couple of sessions with Monika has given me more results than any pain killer or temporary solutions I've previously been recommended. Would definitely recommend Monika as I found her to be incredibly knowledgeable, explained to me the benefits of a couple of treatments not just a one time temporary fix and she was super friendly! I requested a last minute appointment due to lower back injury which left me in agony and was responded to within 10 minutes of leaving an out of hours message and booked in for the next morning- how helpful is that? !

Monika was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Instantly makes you feel better because you know she knows her stuff

After assessing what my issue was she formed me a plan to recovery and gave me treatment, my pain level has dramatically reduced and I’m following my homework and booked in again for Monday

After having a weekend of agony with back pain, contacted the clinic and was booked in with Monika, who I will say was so welcoming and reassuring that my back can be sorted.

Monika explained so clearly what was wrong and how it was going to be treated.

I left being able to walk more comfortably, will need to return for more treatment but am so grateful that the sharp pains have gone.
