I offer counselling and psychotherapy to individuals and couples in Brighton & Hove. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy, and have many years experience supporting people from diverse backgrounds to address a wide range of issues, identify and build on their strengths, and transform their lives.

I offer a free initial consultation so you can see if you feel omfortable talking with me, and ask any questions you might have. I offer daytime, evening and weekend sessions and look forward to hearing from you.
