David has a really helpful way of bringing clarity to situations which may feel chaotic and overwhelming. He looks at the bigger picture and is challenging but in an easy-going way. I particularly appreciated the lack of 'management speak' and tedious training equations which are all too popular these days. Would highly recommend. More...

David coached me in preparation for a job interview. I thought I knew what I was doing, having got jobs before (but last interview 10 years ago) and having interviewed other people, reading lots of sample questions and ideal answers from the perspective of both interviewee and interviewer, and thoroughly preparing my answers to expected questions accordingly. David lifted the scales from my eyes and showed me what is truly important to an interviewer, the messages to give and how to get them across.
