I had an excellent experience with Eco Clean solutions. I had these 2 fabric couches that were in the house when we moved in and they needed a real deep cleaning. The cleaning team was professional, well equipped and the work was spotless at the end. The price was super-fair compared to other companies. I would like to thank Viktor and his team for the job they made. I didn't think it was possible to have that result at the beginning until i saw it with my eyes. We used EcoCleanSolutions to do a deep clean our new home, and we couldn’t be happier with the service which we received. The team arrived early, did a walkthrough of the property to confirm all aspects of the cleaning, and got stuck in . They were very thorough and did a great job. The property wasn’t left in the best of condition by the previous owners and walking into the house after EcoCleanSolutions had been in, was like walking into a different house. I have used Eco Clean solutions once before a d they did an incredible job cleaning, sofas, rugs and carpets. I was so happy, I'm getting them back again. The communication from Elena is amazing. I've had to reschedule four times due to delays with painters in my home and every time she's replied quickly and managed to rearrange at a time that suits. Having such good communication really takes the stress out of the process. I can't recommend this company enough. Disappointed with service. Had to postpone the first appointment as they were running an hour late and it didn’t suit me. They showed up 40 minutes late for the second appointment . What I was told would be an hour long service was no more than 30 minutes. Rug came up well but was left quite damp on a wooden floor and I had to move it out. 10/10 recommend. Three lovely cleaners (Aurica, Anna and Marina) came to my apartment to give it a full end-of-tenancy clean, and when I say the place GLEAMED when they left; that's an understatement! I can't recommend this company enough!! House cleaned top to bottom, doors, skirting boards, kitchen, all the presses in the kitchen, fridge, windows, bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, wardrobes, and carpets shampooed. 3 people took them just under 4 hours, very professional, they were an hour late but I got an email straight away to let me know that they were running late due to traffic which is fine! I have been amazed by the great support given by this company. They arrived to my house on time, they did not give up in front of a real mess after the house was painted (paint was everywhere) and they converted it in a shining place in 3 hours and a half on the hottest day for this country (22 degrees and no wind). I probably wouldn’t have bothered leaving any further reviews if Constantine hadn’t phoned me and sent me aggressive text messages, demanding that I remove my 1-star review from google. Others may find this review useful - the customer service was so bad today. They were running so late this morning, I had to cancel. Instead of calling me to tell me they were delayed, I had to chase them up and ask them if they were going to arrive. They said they would arrive 40 minutes after the agreed time, and I phoned them back and asked to cancel as I had somewhere to be. In fairness, they still turned up, but 50 minutes late and I had to ask them to leave. Such a waste of time. Also had to ask them to remove my details from their database so Constantine would stop badgering me about the review I left. More...

We booked a deep clean of a two bedroom and two bathroom apartment before moving in. While cleaning was completed and in parts it was good, it was cursory and not detailed.
