I can't say enough about Mark's ability to help the body heal through physical therapy and exercise. When I first started PT, I couldn't raise my arm. By the end of my sessions I had full ROM. My pain was reduced. He gave me the tools to keep my shoulders strong. I highly recommend Bridgetown Physical Therapy! More...

I suffered a pretty nasty work injury in October of 2017. Because of it I missed concerts, birthday get togethers, road trips, and even the ability to function when it came to the usual activities of daily living. Something as simple as picking a pen up from the floor, dressing myself, or reaching into an overhead cabinet caused massive amounts of pain. It took me months to fight to get my claim approved and once it did I called Bridgetown.

I was seen and treated by Dr. Grant Headley. He and their team were there with me from day one at their studio creating an encouraging and supportive atmosphere that focused on healing. It was hard work but it has paid off and now I’m physically able to do things I haven’t been able to do in ages: like hiking and other methods of exercise.

From my first phone call speaking to Ashley at the front desk to Dr. Headley and even the other DPTs who would nod as they began to recognize me, I knew I found a good match for my rehabilitation who didn’t just see me as a dollar sign.

It’s hard to describe the gratitude I feel now as I prepare to go on my run. Your genuine concern for my progress, your encouragement, and the work you did both from my one-on-one sessions and the behind the scenes crew kept me motivated even when I wanted to give up. Thank you so much, y’all.

I have been going to Bridgetown PT for about three years now for various sports injuries. I have always worked with Ali who has been the absolute best. I have seen a lot of PTs in my past including my own mother and Ali is another breed! She takes the time to really get to know her patients and understand what their short term and long term goals are. She pushes you but at the same time knows exactly what she is doing and makes you feel very comfortable. It's very frustrating to have a PT that doesn't understand your lifestyle and doesn't make it feel like you will ever get back to 100%. I can honestly say that Ali has changed my life after some really debilitating injuries to my shoulders and knees. DEFINITELY recommend Bridgetown! More...

This is an open and sunlit space at a convenient downtown location. The staff and doctors are on their game, they have good equipment, and they did a great job of letting me know what my insurance covered and my payment options. Busy! Schedule ahead.

I worked with Dr Mark at Bridgetown PT over the course of 4 months to address back and grip issues and had a fantastic experience. The facility is large, fully outfitted with every conceivable piece of PT equipment and the support staff was courteous and on top of their game. Dr Mark was professional and effective, and most importantly, confident in the PT, which was good, because I figured after 20 years of training in various fight sports, at 40 backpain was just the price I was going to have to pay for all that abuse. Dr Mark figured out the root of the problem quickly and gave me exercises that were easy to do at home and produced results. I'm almost entirely pain-free now when on New Year's Eve 2017 I could barely stand up from a seated position without grimacing.I'd recommend Bridgetown PT and Dr Mark to anyone who needs PT, and I have recommended them to people I train with at my gym. I've worked with Josh on two occasions - once for a broken wrist and once for bicep tendinitis. Both experiences have been positive and I've taken from them better ways to care for and strengthen my body in order to prevent injury. I feel as though the care I received was clearly communicated and that my thoughts/ideas were heard and considered. Josh is professional yet compassionate and I never felt my care was rushed or hurried. I highly recommend this business to anyone seeking physical therapy or looking to increase athletic performance. Positively life changing! One of the PTs, Ali, is by far in the top of her field. Physical therapy requires a significant amount of trust and there is just something enigmatically comforting about the environment at Bridgetown PT while working with Ali. There's never an issue with insurance coverage or scheduling and it's just overall the best. :) More...

I have been at Bridgetown PT for two reasons. The first time was for a lower back pain I had had for so long, and the second time was for runner's knee on my right knee. Both times I have been completely satisfied with their services. I have gone to other PT places, and they never helped me with my back pain. Now, I am completely happy, and Mark told me what I should do in order to avoid an injured again.

I completely suggest this place. Mark (one of the owners) is fantastic! Very nice guy and tells you exactly what to do to get better!

I have only been to 3 physical therapists in my life, but from that experience, I can say that the Physical Therapists at Bridgetown are wonderful! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and comprehensive. Previously, I went for PT elsewhere and received an handful of exercises to complete, but with Bridgetown, I received the exercises, but rather than just focusing on the single area of injury, the Therapist had me work surrounding areas too. I have worked with Josh, one of the owners. A friend, who is an Emergency Room Doctor and Chief of two hospitals, recommended him to me. This friend appreciated that Josh (one of the co-owners of Bridgetown) could speak clearly and knowledgeably about the human body mechanics/research/physical therapy. I have been similarly impressed. Josh explains how the muscles are connected and how this requires a more comprehensive treatment plan. He is happy to explain and teach me current research on physical therapy and training. I have returned to Bridgetown for several injuries, and I am always impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the team. More...

When I came to Bridgetown PT, I couldn't walk without intense back and leg pain from a ruptured disc. In a little over 8 weeks, I was back to normal, and left armed with the knowledge and exercises I needed to stay pain-free.

Mark Hatfield was patient, supportive, smart, and personable. Exactly the kind of doctor you want guiding your recovery. I would recommend him and Bridgetown to anyone I know without hesitation.

I originally started going to Bridgetown 3 years ago for knee and IT band issues I was having while running. Josh helped me strengthen underdeveloped muscles and taught me how to stretch properly to prevent future injuries. He examines whole body functioning to uncover the root cause of injuries. Once I was back to 100% (I haven’t had any knee or IT band issues since!) I continued seeing Josh at Bridgetown for Personal Training and joined their “Training Like the Pros” class. Josh helped me work on form, create a balanced workout and understand proper nutrition to make me a stronger runner and athlete. Bridgetown’s “Training Like the Pros” takes a workout class to the next level. The workouts include speed, agility, strength, power and quickness drills. This class provides an opportunity to participate in workouts which are similar to what professional athletes utilize when preparing for their sports. Josh also makes sure we are executing the exercises correctly with good form. They have a great facility and continue to bring in new equipment and new techniques. The entire staff at Bridgetown is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Bridgetown for both physical therapy and as a training studio. More...
