I eat here a few times a week. It's a shirt walk from where I work. I enjoy the food and the service is always good. The prices are more than fair for the price.

We work across the street, it's a great place to get lunch. I feel like the portion for what you pay is amazing and the quality of the food is great.

Tiffany runs a tight ship. I have enjoyed seeing her smiling face for every hunger moment I experienced during my work day over the last 5 years. She learned my name after the first month. She even made me organic deodorant once. This should explain how much she cares about her customers. She employs very friendly and respectable people too. I will miss this dime box when our offices move for sure. Especially Tiffany. More...

We ordered the fajita buffet for our wedding at House on The Hill in Austin. Tiffany was on time. PLENTY left for the next day. We had to send guests home with the leftovers. Our guests raved about the quality of the food. Everything was delicious. Her prices are very reasonable. She was professional and courteous. SUCCESS!!! Thank you, Tiffany. Wonderful spread. I mostly go to the one by the gym since it's closer to my work, so this review is for them. 5 stars because the people that work there are so nice. I tend to get the same 3 orders because I like them so much (grilled cheese on texas toast, grilled chicken sandwich, or a breakfast plate)Very convenient because you can order online ahead of time and it'll usually be ready by the time you get there. I'd say they're a little pricey (well, breakfast is very reasonable but the lunch is a bit more expensive) but the portions are large so for the most part you get what you pay for. But seriously, the people are very nice. Once I accidentally ordered from the other bridgepoint cafe, and the lady actually drove to the other location and brought it to me, and seemed very happy to do so. I love them! More...

Tucked away in a giant office complex, it's not immediately apparent. But it's well worth the search. I had their burger of the day, which was a massive, delicious buffalo and bleu cheese burger. Served with kettle chips and a fountain drink, it was an excellent deal ($8.65 w/tax). The cashier is sweet and awesome - she knows many of her customers by name, as well as their favorite orders. Will definitely return. More...

Good food, quick, and ok setting to get away from the rush. Covered visit parking for the office is right there. Love the tuna melt #2 special with pasta for 6. 99 and also had some of the breakfast snack size sandwiches which are $2 each. More...

If you work in or around the Courtyard Drive & 360 area, you need to know about Bridgepoint Cafe. For a quick & tasty weekday lunch or breakfast, it's a surprisingly decent option from an office complex cafeteria. Things I like here:+ You can call in your order ahead of time to avoid the peak hour waits.+ Breakfast tacos to go (3 items for $2)+ Daily specials email alerts+ Boar's Head deli meats & cheeses+ Bread baked fresh daily+ Lite lunch specials+ Generally very friendly staff who call me "Hon"+ Discount for paying in cash and for ordering Today's Special+ Wi-fi at this location (though not yet at BCII; see below)Not so great:- Parking (in the adjacent garage) can be inconvenient if you're in a hurry unless you snag one of the few 15 minute surface spots just up the hill. FYI, this location is actually Bridgepoint Cafe I (of II), and it's the one most easily accessed from Courtyard Drive (it's on the northside of the road). For the other location, head southwest on Bridgepoint Parkway and go up the hill to Building 2 (next to the office complex gym in the Statoil building). The listing for that one is over here: yelp.com/biz/bridgepoint… More...

I'm going to give a review based on what I use them for - take-out. Our office is just up the hill and anyone that works in this area knows exactly how limited the choices are for a quick pick up. You basically have the Jester shopping center and anything else is about a 15-20 minute round trip. After being burnout on Chinese and Subway we decided to give this place a try. Take-out has always been ready to go on time and I've never had an order messed up. The staff is friendly and fast. Let's be honest - to compare them to a proper sit down place would not be very fair! They are basically a little café at the bottom of an office building that caters to the local business community, and in that regard, they do very well. The dining area seems pleasant enough although it looks like it could get pretty packed in there! The variety of food is what I would call pretty typical deli/Amercian style food, consisting of sandwiches and daily specials. They have weight watchers point based meals so if you're concerned eating healthy, it's doable. However, if you're not concerned about your calories, it's time to go nuts, buddy! Pricing is a little more than you would pay at say Subway or McDonald's, but let's be fair - it's a step up from typical fast food and the quanitity of food you get is pretty big. Veggies are fresh and the ingredients are good. I usually just grab a cheeseburger and it's always cooked right and served on some type of Hawaiian bread bun. Way better than any fast food burger! The chicken strip 6pc meal will last me for a couple of day. Fries and tater tots are plentiful and tasty. Did I mention the portions were huge? - These aren't Mc Nuggets! If you're looking for a little more variety just keep an eye on their specials, there's always something interesting up for grabs that's worth a try.In short - this a great place to try out if you're in the area. I wouldn't drive across town for the food but it's a great option for this "remote" part of Great Hills. More...

Hard working staff delivers great results every time. They serve one of the best burgers in the city (and this town takes a lot of pride when it comes to burgers) with a sweet, sourdough bun that MAKES THEM! Also, try the tortilla soup when it's on the menu. Mighty fine! More...

For a cafe that's in the bottom of an office building, the food here is actually really good. I've never ordered anything that I wasn't impressed with. The portion sizes are fairly large. The prices are... meh, about what you would expect, maybe a tad on the high side. They have daily specials and I typically order those just so I can try different things. The fries and tots are good. The grilled cheese is awesome - it comes with big pieces of ham on it (not the gross deli slices). If you're ordering for several people and you want it to be ready when you arrive, you can call ahead. They've mixed up our orders once or twice but considering how many times we've ordered here that's not a huge deal. It's not super cheap so I wouldn't eat here every day, but if you want to pick up a quick lunch that will fill you up and tastes pretty good, Bridgepoint is a safe bet. What do you love most about your job?
When the client and their guests smiles at us during an event and lets us know they are relaxed and pleased .
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been cooking since i was 4 and working in the restaurant business since I was 15. Originally from Dallas always wanted to open my own restaurant and the office complex cafe hours are best for raising my family.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am very proud of my reputation I have built over the last 16 years in Austin .It was made from lots of hard work and satisfied clients.Word of mouth is how I receive most of my new customers. Since I am in an office complex I am little off the beaten path.Kind of like a hidden gem. Most restaurants close down before year 5 I have past that over 2 times .I will be introducing a catering food truck to Austin spring of 2018!
