How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Every client is individual, it is difficult to give specific advice on how you will help. As a trainer I listen to their needs and wants and we work together to agree upon a sustainable programme both regarding exercise and nutrition.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret, work hard, commit to your goals, be accountable and mainly, love the difficult moments.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the fact that I meet so many different people on a day to day basis. Not one person/ day is the same.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Fitness is not as inclusive as it should be, I want to change that.
