I sit down and discuss with my client exactly what their goals are and we put together a specific program to meet their needs.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Dedication. Putting forth the time and effort in the gym on a weekly basis along with a good and healthy diet.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people reach their goals, getting healthy and feeling better about themselves. Without health we have nothing. It is not only physically good for you but psychologically and mentally very healthy as well. Helps to relieve stress and anxiety.
What inspired you to start your own business?
No one, I have been around Fitness, bodybuilding and exercise my whole life.
Why should our clients choose you?
IF A CLIENT IS INTERESTED IN TRAINING IN A PRIVATE GYM/STIDIO.. I am one of very few trainers that have a fully equipped private gym / Studio. Not having to worry about where to park, or having other people trying to work out around you with all the distractions. There is no contract or money up front, you pay as you go. If you need to cancel an hour before your appointment, no problem, just let me know and I can work with you to reschedule. I am very flexible with scheduling or rescheduling.
