What makes a great website?
A great website tells a story through great design and copy. I take my client's stories, products, projects, etc, and design them to be really easy to understand, and that will attract and engage the user.

Describe your creative process.
My design process is super simple.
1. On a phone call, I firstly want to know who you are, and what you want to do with the website. This gives us a great chance to learn about each other and see if we are a good fit.
2. After we talk, I send you a proposal, listing everything I want to do, and everything I envision the site to look like.
3. I start designing, creating mockups, custom graphics, and really nail down the details.
4. The site then get's built, and we can celebrate!
Also, you get 3 months of free maintenance, SEO, and much more :)
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Ideally, a contract is used to protect us both. It's a short and sweet agreement that makes sure we both understand what the project entails. We also talk pricing, of course, timelines, and due dates. At this time, if you have any images or content, send it over! We will be speaking on almost a daily basis through Slack and will have multiple phone calls and emails, so you are always updated.
What do you love most about your job?
I love solving problems and I love people. I've been doing this for almost half of my life, and there is nothing else I would ever want to do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started this business when I was 15, and I was severely depressed. I didn't go to school, I lost all my friends and my home life was falling apart. But as soon as I started designing I felt safe. I felt like everything was good again. So although my business started it out of bad times, and now I celebrate every day I get to do this.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose me because I am honest. I don't over-charge, I listen and I help. Not everyone has $10K to make a great website, and I understand that. It's hard to choose someone to bring 'your baby' to life, and it's a tough decision. With me though, I make that decision easier. With constant communication and transparency, you will understand why so many companies and people alike have chosen me, and continue to work with me.
PS: I recently won an award for 'Best Web Designer of 2017' in my city, so that might help :)
All I need is a phone call. If I feel like I can't help you because it's out of my area, I will tell you. I won't try to do something I've never done before with your site. I care too much.
