They were very approachable and extremely flexible when it comes to giving the customer what they want. They had all of the necessary equipment and were very knowledgable when talking about what they’re capable of. My only complaint is that even after months of planning with them, they thought that our wedding was the weekend after the actual wedding date, but luckily a family member had mentioned to them at the wedding rehearsal and reminded them of the correct date.
